Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Coordinator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Social Media Coordinator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to showcase Carzilla’s luxury car services, promotions, and brand story.
Responsibilities
include managing the social media calendar, writing and editing posts, coordinating photo and video content from the workshop, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
The role will also involve monitoring performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements to increase reach, engagement, and customer inquiries.
The Social Media Coordinator will collaborate closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure content is accurate, aligned with brand guidelines, and reflects current offers and services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with the ability to tailor content for different platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including clear, concise, and brand-aligned messaging in English.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing principles, including audience targeting, basic analytics, and campaign support.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in automotive, luxury, or service-oriented industries.
- Comfort working on-site in a busy workshop environment and capturing real-time content (photos, videos, stories).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple posts and deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic graphic or video editing tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
