Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator

We’re on the hunt for a creative, organised and adaptable Content Creator to join our Social Media team!

Reporting to our Social Media Team Leader, you’ll bring big ideas to life, create scroll-stopping content, manage multiple brand accounts and capture everything from exciting campaigns and new products to events and all things NW.

• Creating high-quality social content: Develop, film and edit engaging videos, photos and Stories for Instagram and TikTok, from product launches and educational content to customer interviews and event coverage.
• Delivering fast turnarounds: Work confidently to tight deadlines, including same-day edits. During major events, help deliver a team output of approximately 4–8 posts per day while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Managing multiple Instagram accounts: Our Instagram presence spans six accounts. You’ll share responsibility for the two Nutrition Warehouse accounts with the Social Media Team Leader and take ownership of two private label accounts, maintaining each brand’s individual voice and style.
• Planning and publishing content: Help maintain content calendars, write captions, schedule posts and coordinate content around campaigns, launches and key dates.
• Bringing fresh ideas: Proactively pitch concepts, identify relevant trends and find new ways to make our content engaging, useful and recognisable.
• Supporting ambassador management: Provide cover when team members are away, including creator communication, brief distribution, draft follow-ups and content coordination.
• Working with people on camera: Help staff, customers and ambassadors feel comfortable being filmed, and guide them to capture natural, engaging content.
• Reviewing content performance: Use account insights to understand what’s working and apply those learnings to future content.
• Collaborating across the business: Work closely with the social team, marketing team, store teams and brand partners to deliver content that meets the brief.
• Managing content assets: Keep footage, edits and project files organised so the team can easily find, reuse and hand over content. Skills & Experience
• A strong portfolio showing your ability to create polished, engaging content for social media.
• Proficiency in CapCut or a similar editing platform, with confidence in pacing, hooks, captions, audio and storytelling.
• Confidence filming with a phone and/or camera, with an understanding of lighting, framing and clear audio.
• Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to balance several accounts, deadlines and competing priorities.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly and communicate early when priorities or deadlines need attention.
• A proactive approach—you can take a brief, develop an idea and carry it through to delivery.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and the ability to adapt your copy to different brands.
• A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback. You’ll receive input from different stakeholders and be expected to apply it thoughtfully, ask questions when needed and continually improve your work.
• An interest in fitness, training and wellbeing, and an understanding of the Nutrition Warehouse audience.
