Job Title: Full-Time Social Media Content Creator & Strategist (6-Month Project – Pizzaiolo)
About Us
We’re hiring a full-time, creative, and strategic content creator to join Pizzaiolo, a fast-growing Emirati pizza brand.
Having successfully completed our first 3 months and made our mark at major events like the Liwa Festival, Al Hosn Festival, and The Cove Festival, we are now focused on scaling our digital presence as we expand to new locations across the UAE.
This is a 6-month on-site project focused on content strategy, storytelling, daily filming, and editing to maintain and elevate the strong, high-quality brand standard we’ve already built.
Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a clear social media content plan to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness as we enter new markets and events.
- Daily Production: Film and edit daily content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) covering behind-the-scenes, food preparation, customer reactions, and event life.
- Cinematic Quality: Capture high-quality, cinematic visuals of the food truck, brand elements, and the founder’s ongoing journey.
- Account Management: Write engaging captions, manage daily uploads, schedule posts, and track account performance metrics.
- Community Engagement: Actively manage interactions (comments, direct messages, polls, and Q&As) to build a loyal customer base.
- On-Site Coverage: Travel with the founder and team to our upcoming event locations across the UAE to capture real, authentic moments as they happen.
Requirements
- Content Strategy Experience: Proven ability to plan content, analyze trends, and understand what drives growth on Instagram and TikTok.
- Advanced Editing: Highly skilled in filming and editing (using CapCut, VN, Premiere, or similar).
- AI Video Skills: Experience using AI tools for video creation/editing, or a strong willingness to learn them rapidly to sustain our established high-quality visual standards.
- A creative eye for storytelling and a deep understanding of short-form video formats.
- Fluent in Arabic (English is a strong plus).
- Based in the UAE, flexible to travel, and available to work full-time during events.
- Organized, dependable, and able to deliver daily content under pressure.

- نبحث عن صانع محتوى مبدع ومفكر استراتيجي للانضمام إلى Pizzaiolo، علامة إماراتية سريعة النمو متخصصة في البيتزا. بعد نجاحنا في إثبات وجودنا خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأولى وتحقيق نجاحات كبيرة في مهرجان ليوا، مهرجان الحصن، وذا كوف فيستيفال، نركز الآن على توسيع حضورنا الرقمي مع انطلاقنا نحو وجهات وفعاليات جديدة داخل الدولة.
- مدة العقد 6 أشهر، والعمل سيكون ميدانياً بدوام كامل للتركيز على استراتيجية المحتوى، السرد القصصي، وتوثيق الرحلة اليومية للحفاظ على الجودة العالية التي أسسناها والارتقاء بها.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- استراتيجية المحتوى: تطوير وتنفيذ خطة محتوى واضحة لزيادة التفاعل، والمتابعين، والوعي بالعلامة التجارية مع دخولنا لأسواق وفعاليات جديدة.
- الإنتاج اليومي: تصوير ومونتاج مقاطع يومية (ريلز، تيك توك، يوتيوب شورتس) تُظهر الكواليس، إعداد الطعام، تفاعل الزبائن، والأجواء في الفعاليات.
- الجودة السينمائية: تصوير لقطات سينمائية احترافية للشاحنة، الهوية البصرية، ولرحلة المؤسس المستمرة.
- إدارة الحسابات: كتابة التعليقات الجذابة، جدولة المنشورات اليومية، ومتابعة وتحليل أداء الحسابات.
- إدارة المجتمع: التفاعل المستمر مع الجمهور (الرد على التعليقات والرسائل، الاستطلاعات، وجلسات الأسئلة والأجوبة) لبناء قاعدة عملاء وفية.
- التغطية الميدانية: التنقل مع المؤسس والفريق إلى مواقع الفعاليات القادمة داخل الإمارات لتغطية الأحداث بشكل مباشر وحقيقي.
- المتطلبات:
- خبرة في استراتيجية المحتوى: قدرة مثبتة على تخطيط المحتوى، تحليل الاتجاهات (Trends)، ومعرفة ما يحقق النمو على إنستغرام وتيك توك.
- مهارات مونتاج متقدمة: خبرة ممتازة في التصوير والمونتاج (باستخدام CapCut أو VN أو برامج مشابهة).
- مهارات الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI): القدرة على استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في صناعة وتعديل الفيديوهات، أو الاستعداد التام لتعلمها بسرعة للحفاظ على الجودة البصرية العالية التي تتميز بها حساباتنا.
- حس فني قوي في السرد البصري وفهم عميق لتنسيقات الفيديوهات القصيرة.
- إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة (اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية قوية).
- الإقامة داخل دولة الإمارات، مع مرونة تامة للتنقل والعمل الميداني بدوام كامل خلال الفعاليات.
- الجدية، الالتزام بالمواعيد، والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتقديم محتوى يومي.
