Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Brand Builder & Content Creator to strengthen our hospital’s brand through strategic storytelling, creative content, and consistent visual communication.
This role requires someone who understands how to build trust, credibility, and emotional connection in the healthcare space.
3–5 Years (Branding, Content Creation, or Healthcare Communication)

Key Responsibilities
Build and execute the hospital’s brand and content strategy
Create high-quality digital content (reels, videos, posts, stories, blogs)
Develop patient stories, doctor profiles, awareness campaigns, and brand narratives
Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all platforms
Collaborate with doctors, departments, and leadership teams
Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with hospital objectives
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and reach
Skills & Requirements
2–5 years of experience in branding, content creation, or social media
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
Experience handling brand-led content (preferably healthcare/wellness)
Hands-on knowledge of design & video tools (Canva, Adobe, mobile editing)
Ability to translate medical information into simple, patient-friendly content
Excellent coordination and communication skills
