Role Overview

About the Company

Content Creation

• Develop weekly and monthly social media content plans and creative ideas for both business divisions.
• Write scripts and concepts for Reels, TikTok-style videos, educational videos, and other short-form content.
• Shoot property tours, office content, interviews, talking-head videos, lifestyle content, and team content.
• Capture high-quality photography and video and coordinate with consultants, management, and team members.

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Add captions, subtitles, graphics, transitions, music, and other relevant elements.
• Create property walkthroughs and promotional videos and repurpose long-form content into short-form pieces.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all content.

Social Media Management

• Manage publishing schedules and post content consistently across relevant platforms.
• Write engaging captions and calls to action and research relevant hashtags, sounds, formats, and trends.
• Track views, reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other performance metrics.
• Respond to or coordinate responses to relevant comments and messages when required.

Brand Development

• Build a strong digital identity for the investment and brokerage businesses.
• Maintain a premium and professional Dubai brand image and develop recurring content series.
• Test new content formats and identify trends appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

• At least two years of social media content creation or similar experience is preferred.
• Strong platform knowledge, video shooting and editing, photography, videography, copywriting, and English communication skills are required.
• Applicants should be able to create content independently, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Experience in Dubai real estate, property marketing, investment content, luxury brands, or related areas is advantageous.
• A portfolio and examples of personally shot and edited video content are required.

Compensation and Employment

• The position is full-time and pays AED 5,000 per month.
• The company offers exposure to investment and real estate industries, creative freedom, and opportunities to shape its social media presence.

Work Location

• The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
