We are looking for a high-performance Social Media & Content Strategy Intern who understands how to grow personal brands from scratch into high-impact, high-reach channels (100K+ audience scale and beyond).
This is not a “posting job.” This is a growth ownership role—strategy, content systems, ideation, editing direction, and execution all driven with AI-first workflows.
You will be responsible for building content engines, not just content.
What You Will Own
- You will take full responsibility for:
- Building and executing content strategy for personal brand growth across platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Designing viral content frameworks (hooks, storytelling structures, retention systems)
- Turning raw ideas into high-performing content pipelines
- Managing end-to-end content production (script → edit direction → final output)
- Using AI tools extensively for:
- Research & trend analysis
- Scriptwriting & ideation
- Content repurposing
- Editing assistance & automation workflows
- Collaborating with creators/CEO to shape personal brand positioning
- Analyzing performance data and iterating content strategy weekly
Required Skills & Experience
- We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience growing personal or creator-led accounts to 100K+ followers/subscribers (must show proof)
- Strong understanding of short-form content psychology (hooks, retention, pacing, storytelling)
- Hands-on video editing experience (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut or similar)
- Deep familiarity with AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Descript, etc.)
- Strong sense of platform algorithms (especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts)
- Ability to think like a strategist, not just an editor
Must-Have Traits
- Obsessed with growth and performance metrics
- Extremely fast execution mindset
- Comfortable working in experimental, fast-changing environments
- Doesn’t wait for instructions—builds systems
- Strong opinion on what content will or won’t work (and can justify it)
Nice To Have (Big Advantage)
- Experience working with founders or personal brands
- Experience scaling faceless or AI-driven content channels
- Knowledge of funnel-based content (content that drives leads/sales, not just views)
- Basic understanding of marketing psychology and persuasion
