Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Dubai.
The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to showcase properties, market trends, and the H Square brand.
Responsibilities include shooting and editing short-form videos, writing captions and post copy, scheduling content, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align content with campaigns, attending property viewings or events for on-location content, and staying up to date with social media trends in real estate and the Dubai market.
The Social Media Content Creator will be expected to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style, while responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media content creation, especially for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Strong skills in video shooting and editing, with proficiency in tools such as CapCut, or similar applications.
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions and post copy in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Understanding of social media analytics, audience growth strategies, and content optimization for engagement and reach.
- Familiarity or interest in Dubai real estate, property marketing, or lifestyle content related to the UAE market.
- Strong creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to generate fresh concepts aligned with business goals.
- Comfortable working on-site, visiting properties, and creating content in front of and behind the camera as needed.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
