As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and help bring our brand, properties, and success stories to life through engaging visual content.
Job Role
We are seeking a talented Videographer & Video Editor who can independently manage the entire content creation process—from planning and scripting to filming and post-production.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media content, storytelling, and video marketing, with the ability to create high-quality content that drives engagement and generates leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and company branding.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts for property showcases, market updates, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct on-site video shoots at properties, events, and company activities across Dubai.
- Edit videos with professional transitions, motion graphics, sound design, captions, and color grading.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce content aligned with business objectives.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content formats.
- Manage video assets, maintain content libraries, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Assist in creating content strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in videography, video production, and editing.
- Ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute engaging video content from start to finish.
- Strong scriptwriting skills with the ability to create compelling video concepts, storyboards, and content scripts.
- Excellent command of both English and Hindi (spoken and written) is essential.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous video projects, particularly social media content, reels, and promotional videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Experience in shooting high-quality videos using professional cameras, smartphones, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and current social media trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail in editing, color correction, sound design, and overall video quality.
- Knowledge of content optimization for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and creative teams to produce impactful content.
- Basic graphic design and motion graphics skills will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles to create content that drives engagement and leads.
- Candidate should be available to join within two weeks or less.
