We are looking for a strong Social Media Content Creator who can take a service-based business and turn it into clear, premium, consistent content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
This is not a basic posting job.
We do not need someone who only schedules posts, writes generic captions, or uses templates without thinking.
We need someone who understands how to build content that explains a service, creates trust, shows expertise, and turns complicated ideas into simple visual stories.
What You Will Do
- Build a monthly content strategy for a service-based business
- Create content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, carousels, reels, and short videos
- Turn technical/service topics into simple, clear, attractive content
- Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, and basic ad creatives
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and ads
- Create visual content using Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Maintain a consistent brand style across all posts
- Research competitors and identify content angles that can perform better
- Plan content around awareness, trust, education, lead generation, and conversion
- Work with the team to understand the business, the audience, and the offer
- Suggest improvements instead of waiting for instructions only
What We Are Looking For
- Experience creating content for service businesses, not only product pages
- Strong understanding of content strategy, not just graphic design
- Ability to create reels, short videos, carousels, and image posts
- Good eye for premium design, layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Ability to write strong hooks and captions
- Ability to simplify complicated services into clear content
- Understanding of social media trends without making the brand look cheap or random
- Comfortable working with Arabic and English content is a strong advantage
- Experience with Meta ads creatives is a plus
- Experience in real estate, construction, interiors, consulting, architecture, luxury services, B2B, or professional services is a strong plus

Important Requirement
