Hands-on creative role capturing, editing and publishing content across Mosaic social media channels.
Content brings the brand to life and features completed luxury developments, construction milestones and behind-the-scenes moments.
Key responsibilities
- Capture photo and video content at developments, construction sites, offices and events.
- Plan, shoot and edit content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Develop reels, short-form video and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
- Create polished visual content that reflects the premium brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories and track social trends and creative formats.
- Manage content from concept to publication, including calendars and post scheduling.
- Monitor performance, report metrics and identify ways to increase engagement and reach.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Support social content strategy and wider marketing campaigns.
What we are looking for
- Experience in content creation, videography, social media or a similar creative role.
- Video editing skills and proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and related video tools.
- Portfolio showing visual storytelling and content creation capabilities.
- Understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
- Experience capturing high-quality video and photography.
- Creative eye, attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including adapting tone for different audiences.
- Organisation and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Property development, construction or real estate familiarity is desirable but not essential.
