KMJ Properties is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Social Media Buyer to join our
growing marketing team.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in paid social
advertising, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
As a Social Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid
advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms to generate qualified leads, increase brand
awareness, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok,
- LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create audience targeting strategies to reach potential buyers, investors, and real estate clients.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve
- results.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to maximize conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with the content creation and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- and landing page strategies.
- Track lead quality and campaign performance through CRM and analytics platforms.
- Stay updated on platform changes, advertising trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in paid social media buying and campaign management across major platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with tracking, conversion pixels, and performance dashboards.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in paid social media advertising and performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager and other social advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, retargeting, and customer acquisition
- strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and budget management skills.
- Real estate marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
