About the Role

We are looking for a

Junior Social Media & Customer Service Specialist

to join our team in Riyadh.

In this role, you will do two main things: help run our social media accounts (writing and posting content) and help our customers (answering their questions online and over the phone).

Social Media & Writing

  • **Copy writing:**
  • Write friendly, creative, and catchy descriptions and captions.
  • **Check Content:**
  • Double check every video, photo, and text before it goes live to make sure there are zero typos or mistakes.

Customer Service

  • **Community Management:**
  • Reply quickly to customer questions and orders on WhatsApp and social media DMs and comments.
  • **Answer Calls:**
  • Take incoming customer phone calls politely when help is needed.
  • **Solve Problems:**
  • Help customers track their deliveries or orders, and report any big problems to the senior team

Dynamic Departmental Support (Future-Proofing)

  • Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc copywriting, brainstorming sessions, and creative strategy adjustments.
  • Maintain an adaptable approach, readily taking on new digital marketing tasks, project coordination, or platform management as the department's needs evolve.

What We Are Looking For

  • A
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications).
  • Excellent writing and talking skills in

Arabic

(friendly local dialect) and good

English

  • you easily spot spelling mistakes and hate typos.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Great time-management skills and a polite, helpful attitude with people.
  • Flexibility to check messages occasionally during busy evenings or weekends.
