Social Media and Client Coordinator

Overview

• Manage the brand's luxury social media presence by creating high-quality jewellery content (Instagram/Snapchat/WhatsApp/TikTok), maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across platforms, and engaging with the community by monitoring DMs and comments to drive sales leads.
• Conduct professional follow-up phone calls to clients and prospects to nurture leads and drive repeat sales.
• Assist in the end-to-end setup, organization, and coordination of major jewellery exhibitions.
• Actively engage with visitors to drive on-the-spot sales, support booth management, track inventory, and ensure the display remains presentable.
• Work dynamically alongside the sales team during and after events to capture interest, pitch collections, and support the closing of sales.
• Provide administrative and operational support across the business. This includes executing various tasks as instructed.
