Social Content Producer

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Content Production

• Lead end-to-end content production across social platforms , from model tutorials and ASMR videos to trending social-first formats
• Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, shot lists, call sheets, and content deliverables
• Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, creator collaborations, and behind-the-scenes content capture
• Manage production vendors, photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, talent, and agencies
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, creative direction, and business objectives
• Produce platform-native content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels
• Support development of short-form video, tutorials, product demonstrations, trend-driven content, and educational beauty content

Project Management

• Own the production calendar and manage workflow from concept through final delivery
• Track deadlines, approvals, and team content creation needs to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain organised asset libraries and content management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Journalism, or a related field
• 3 - 6 years of experience in content production, digital marketing, creative production, or a related role
• Experience producing content for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with external agencies, creators, and production partners
• Experience within the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator partnerships
• Familiarity with content management systems and project management tools
• Understanding of photography, videography, editing, and post-production workflows
• Experience supporting e-commerce content production
• Track record of on-time delivery of content and campaign assets
• Demonstrated quality and consistency in brand storytelling
• Proven contribution to social media engagement and content performance
• Experience managing production processes and budgets efficiently
• Contribution to campaign objectives, brand awareness, and revenue growth
