Role Description

The Soc Service Delivery Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of IT and security operations services to ensure agreed service levels and performance targets are consistently met.

This contract, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates involves coordinating service operations, monitoring incident and problem management activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The individual will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

The role also includes collaborating with technical teams, preparing service performance reports, and enforcing IT service management processes and best practices in line with organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Service Delivery Management, with experience overseeing end-to-end Service Delivery in IT or security operations environments.
  • Strong background in IT Service Management, including familiarity with ITIL frameworks, incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through effective Customer Service, stakeholder management, and clear communication.
  • Experience working in or with Security Operations Centers (SOC) and understanding of operational metrics, SLAs, and risk management is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple service streams.
  • Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client representatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, service management, or security-related) are a plus.
