About This Role
Role Summary
Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring effective threat detection, incident response, and continuous improvement of security operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily SOC operations (L1, L2, L3 teams)
Oversee incident response and escalation handling
Define and improve SOC processes, playbooks, and SLAs
Monitor and optimize SIEM, EDR, and security tools
Drive threat intelligence and proactive security strategies
Report on KPIs (MTTD, MTTR) and security posture
Coordinate with IT, compliance, and management teams
Lead, mentor, and train SOC team members
Requirements
8–12+ years in cybersecurity, with SOC leadership experience
Strong knowledge of SIEM, incident response, and threat management
Experience with SOC frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST)
Familiarity with cloud security and EDR/XDR tools
Certifications (Preferred)
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC
Location: Onsite- Dubai UAE
Duration: 1Year Contract and Extendable based on performance
Joining: Immediate or upto (15 days)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
