Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate security events using Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, and other SIEM tools.
- Configure SOAR automation workflows; optimize SIEM use cases, alerts, and reports.
- Perform threat hunting, malware analysis, phishing investigations, and vulnerability assessments.
- Monitor EDR solutions and investigate suspicious activity, cyberattacks, and potential data exfiltration.
- Analyze security logs and network traffic to identify emerging threats and incidents.
- Coordinate incident response, remediation, escalation, and ticket management.
- Prepare SOC reports and maintain security documentation and incident records.
- Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve incidents and strengthen security posture.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM solutions, particularly Microsoft Sentinel and IBM QRadar.
- Knowledge of SOAR, threat intelligence, threat hunting, incident response, and EDR.
- Strong understanding of cyberattack techniques, the Cyber Kill Chain, and vulnerability management.
- CompTIA CySA+, Certified SOC Analyst (CSA), or CEH certifications are preferred.
- Excellent English communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
