Role overview
Full-time, on-site Senior Supervisor role based in Al Wathbah.
Oversees data center construction and implementation projects, supporting safe, timely, high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise technical and site teams and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients; resolve operational issues.
- Review documentation, track resource utilization, and support adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and guide or train junior team members.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising technical or construction teams in data centers, industrial facilities, or similar environments.
- Strong project coordination, scheduling, and resource management skills; ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and infrastructure documentation.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards and commitment to safe work practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with basic office and project tools, including MS Office and project tracking systems; comfort with reporting and documentation.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Data center project or mission-critical infrastructure experience is an advantage.
- Able to work on-site in Al Wathbah and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
