We are looking for a highly analytical and tech-driven Smart Operations Data Analyst to support operational performance, reporting governance, business intelligence, and AI-driven process improvement across multiple business functions.
The ideal candidate should combine strong analytical capabilities with modern AI tools awareness, operational understanding, automation mindset, and professional presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational, workforce, and business performance data
- Build smart dashboards, trackers, and automated reports
- Identify operational gaps, trends, risks, and efficiency opportunities
- Support management with data-driven insights and executive reports
- Develop professional business presentations and operational summaries
- Utilize AI tools and automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, attendance, productivity, and operational performance
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Administration teams
- Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and process consistency
- Participate in operational improvement and digital transformation initiatives
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations Analysis / MIS / Data Analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong reporting and presentation preparation skills
- Experience using AI tools and automation platforms
- Good understanding of operational workflows and business controls
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Power BI / Google Looker Studio / Dashboarding Tools
