The Role

As our Smart Locker Host Partnership Manager, you will drive usage, occupancy, and revenue across high-traffic host locations including hotels, hospitality venues, residential buildings, and commercial properties.

You’ll work closely with property partners and collaborate directly with our Dubai-based marketing team to maximize performance and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key host properties to optimize smart locker occupancy and performance using data-driven strategies
• Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts and implement initiatives to increase revenue
• Collaborate with host partners and the marketing team to develop and launch targeted campaigns that drive user adoption
• Monitor site performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to maximize impact
• Serve as the primary point of contact between key accounts and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, key account management, site management, partnerships, retail, or logistics within the UAE
• Strong understanding of hotel and hospitality operations
• Experience with occupancy optimization, revenue growth strategies, or campaign development
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Startup mindset: self-motivated, resilient, proactive, and passionate about scaling innovative technology solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
