Role overview

Development and architecture

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain smart contracts and decentralized applications.
• Define blockchain architectures, system components, protocols, integrations, and suitable networks for project needs.
• Integrate contracts with web applications, APIs, wallets, backend services, enterprise systems, databases, and cloud environments.
• Develop token systems, digital assets, transaction workflows, and implementations of standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155.
• Test, debug, optimize, review, and deploy contracts across development and production environments.
• Address vulnerabilities and security assessment findings, support audits, and work with cybersecurity teams.
• Optimize gas use and transaction performance and design secure wallet, key-management, authentication, and signing workflows.
• Evaluate blockchain tools and emerging technologies including Layer 2, interoperability, decentralized storage, oracles, and cross-chain systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and establish development, testing, and deployment practices; support CI/CD and automated testing.
• Troubleshoot incidents, collaborate with external partners, mentor developers, and support governance, monitoring, compliance, and operational controls.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in blockchain development, smart contract development, or blockchain architecture.
• Strong Solidity programming and familiarity with Web3 development technologies.
• Experience deploying smart contracts on Ethereum or compatible networks; knowledge of EVM-compatible networks and Layer 2 technologies.
• Understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, distributed systems, cryptography, digital signatures, wallets, and security.
• Experience with blockchain frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or equivalent, and familiarity with ethers.js, web3.js, or similar libraries.
• Experience integrating contracts with frontend and backend applications and using automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, CI/CD, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed applications.
• Strong gas optimization, system design, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of token standards, decentralized applications, decentralized finance, or digital assets is advantageous.
• Smart contract auditing experience or work with external blockchain security auditors is preferred.
• Blockchain, Web3, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, or software engineering certifications or training are advantageous.
