Job Description
- Preparing and developing work policies and procedures for analyzing and developing smart applications, and providing technical support for them within the division.
- Preparing the analytical study for smart application requirements in the organization, including system objectives, specifications, and data flow maps, in coordination with the relevant organizational units.
- Preparing the annual plan and financial budgets for the organization’s smart application needs.
- Preparing user manuals for all smart applications used in the organization.
- Designing smart applications, websites, and their databases according to approved requirements, and explaining the designs in detail to smart application programmers.
- Preparing smart application development plans, technically monitoring implementation stages, and preparing related reports.
- Providing technical supervision for smart application development based on best practices and the latest software used in system development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree requiring 6 years of experience in the field of smart application analysis and programming.
Master’s degree requiring 4 years of experience in the field of smart application analysis and programming.
