SM Assistant Manager Key Accounts

Job purpose

Main responsibilities

• Own and analyze channel data lake information, maintaining data hygiene and accurate information flow to CBD to support business-winning strategies.
• Execute and monitor activities, planning and overseeing their delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity and create and execute mitigation plans.
• Conduct monthly reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use data-driven strategies to improve sales processes and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement a channel strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Build relationships with strategic, regional, and global partners to improve collaboration and effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs to assess channel strategy performance and ensure partners comply with contractual agreements and quality standards.
• Work with external agencies to track, plan, and implement marketing activities.

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field is a minimum requirement.
• FMCG, key account, or retail experience.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strategic thinking.
• High technical literacy in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in budgeting and planning, with strong financial acumen.
