Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slickline Supervisor to join our Well Services team.
In this role, you will lead slickline operations at field sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of well intervention activities.
You will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting crew development, and delivering high-quality service to our clients in both onshore and offshore environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute slickline operations at wellsites (onshore and offshore).
- Ensure proper tool string make-up, function testing, pressure control equipment (PCE) testing, and deployment.
- Monitor well conditions and ensure safe well intervention practices in line with IWCF standards.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate corrective actions as required.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including job reports, failure reports (NCR), inventory checks, and site updates.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with client representatives.
- Lead by example in adhering to HSE policies, conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Assess field personnel competency, identify training needs, and support performance development.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and company procedures.
- Mentor junior crew members and promote a collaborative, positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in slickline operations, including supervisory experience in well interventions.
- Ability to work in both onshore and offshore environments.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum, or a related Engineering discipline (minimum required).
- IWCF Level 4 – Well Interventions (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- High commitment to safety and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
