We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Sleep Technician for a leading healthcare facility in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in sleep diagnostics, patient monitoring, and operating advanced sleep study equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and monitor overnight sleep studies (Polysomnography - PSG)
- Prepare patients for sleep testing and explain procedures clearly
- Perform CPAP / BiPAP titration studies as prescribed
- Monitor physiological data during sleep studies and identify abnormalities
- Ensure accurate recording and documentation of test results
- Troubleshoot sleep lab equipment and maintain proper functionality
- Coordinate with physicians and clinical teams regarding patient findings
- Maintain patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma / Certification in Sleep Technology or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sleep studies
- Hands-on experience with PSG, CPAP, and BiPAP titration
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent patient-handling and communication abilities
- Ability to work night shifts and clinical schedules
Requirements
- Must have a valid QID (Qatar ID)
- Must hold valid Qatar professional license
- Currently based in Qatar preferred
