We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Slack User/Specialist to work on a contract basis.
This role involves administering and optimizing Slack workspaces to enhance team collaboration, automating workflows to improve efficiency, and integrating tools to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Slack workspaces at the user level to ensure efficient collaboration and information flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Ability to integrate Slack with third-party applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM tools) to enhance functionality.
- Strong remote training and onboarding skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and conduct virtual sessions.
- Experience analyzing collaboration platform usage data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
