Skitube Electrical Supervisor (Year Round)

Join Perisher as our Skitube Electrical Supervisor and combine your electrical expertise and leadership skills with an incredible alpine lifestyle.

Based at Bullocks Flat, you'll lead the electrical maintenance team responsible for keeping one of Australia's most unique transport systems safe, reliable and running smoothly . From complex fault finding to preventative maintenance, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining Skitube rolling stock, railway infrastructure and facilities.

When you're not keeping Skitube moving, you'll be living on the doorstep of the Snowy Mountains — with access to world-class skiing and snowboarding, incredible outdoor adventures and the lifestyle that comes with calling the mountains home.

Lead, supervise and support electrical maintenance employees and contractors

Plan and coordinate electrical maintenance across Skitube assets

Troubleshoot faults and oversee defect rectification

Provide technical leadership, coaching and direction to the team

Work closely with Skitube Operations and Maintenance teams

Ensure maintenance is completed safely and to the required standards

Identify opportunities to improve reliability and asset performance

Recognised electrical trade qualification and current NSW electrical licence

Experience as a qualified electrician in an industrial, infrastructure, transport or similar environment

Experience leading, supervising or providing technical direction to electrical tradespeople

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A proactive, safety-focused approach to leadership

Experience in rail, rolling stock, PLCs, SCADA or other safety-critical environments will be highly regarded. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is also desirable, or a willingness to obtain.
