Role Overview

Customer Consultation and Sales

• Approach customers professionally, understand their skincare needs, concerns, and preferences, and recommend suitable products and basic routines.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage, and differentiators; answer customer questions and provide a positive consultation.
• Promote products, convert interactions into purchases, work toward sales and promotional targets, and support launches, campaigns, and in-store activities.
• Encourage product trials and cross-selling when appropriate.

Product Knowledge and Merchandising

• Maintain knowledge of assigned products, skincare concerns, routines, benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and promotional offers; represent brands professionally.
• Keep product displays organized and attractive in accordance with brand guidelines; monitor availability and report stock shortages.
• Coordinate with store and pharmacy staff when needed.

Reporting and Feedback

• Track sales and customer interactions; report customer feedback, frequently asked questions, and common objections.
• Share competitor observations and relevant market feedback; submit regular activity and performance reports.

Required Qualifications

• Currently reside in Saudi Arabia and be available to work full-time in the assigned city or region.
• Have hands-on experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty retail, beauty advisory, or product promotion, including direct interaction with skincare or beauty consumers.
• Understand skincare products, common skin concerns, ingredients, and basic skincare routines; have direct retail selling or customer-facing promotion experience.
• Be comfortable with individual sales targets and confident approaching and advising customers at point of sale.
• Have strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, good Arabic communication skills, and professional appearance and behavior.
• Be flexible to work retail schedules and assigned shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a skincare promoter, beauty advisor, beauty promoter, cosmetics sales representative, or similar role; experience with skincare or cosmetics brands or in pharmacies, beauty stores, malls, or cosmetics retail.
• Proven individual sales or conversion results, strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and routines, and basic English communication skills are preferred.
