- The purpose of the role of Skin care consultant, is to increase the awareness, recommendation, and usage of Ego Pharmaceuticals brands by consumers.
- The Skincare Consultant is responsible for maximizing sales outcomes, promoting the brand, and consistently applying the values Ego Pharmaceuticals can achieve its key objectives.
- The primary objectives of this role include:
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and training on the benefits of Ego Pharmaceuticals products
- Implementing in-store merchandising and stock management to maximize sales outcomes.
- Organise and attend meetings with Pharmacists and Pharmacy managers to promote the brand and ensure proper stock management.

Promoting and Selling the Brand
+ Promote Ego Pharmaceutical products to the pharmaceutical industry by educating the market on the features and benefits of the products through regular visits
+ Expand range and volume sold through existing and new customers
+ Build strong relationships with existing and potential pharmaceutical customers to identify sales opportunities
+ Implement marketing campaigns in-store by arranging, distributing and displaying promoted products
+ Achieve monthly sales targets from pharmacies and pharmacy groups
+ Manage, grow and develop some key accounts to support the broader key account management team
Product Knowledge
+ Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge of Ego Pharmaceutical products
+ Maintain good knowledge of competitors products
+ Educate pharmacies about the features and benefits of Ego Pharmaceutical products
Stock Management
+ Oversee stock orders from sale to delivery by liaising with key stakeholders (i.e.
Pharmacists, delivery drivers etc)
+ Manage in-store stock by keeping up to date and accurate inventory records to ensure stock is compatible with marketing plans and sales consumption
+ Ensure proper stock management within stores by negotiating orders with the pharmacists and their staff
+ Manage stock between stores and manage distribution to ensure sufficient stock of products
+ Consistently and diligently check stock expiry dates to maintain current product usage
Time Management
+ Plan weekly visits using the Ego Pharmaceuticals CRM
+ Manage time appropriately to ensure pharmacist customers are consistently visited
+ Manage time between allocated pharmacists

- : Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- A diploma in business administration, sales, or marketing desirable but not essential

- Ability to influence key stakeholders to promote the Ego brand and grow market share
- Strong advocacy and selling skills to promote the Ego brand and products
- Ability to understand the competitor landscape
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build rapport and develop trusting relationships
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and think creatively
- Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., excel, powerpoint)
