Skilled Labourer

About the role

We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the drive to make things possible.

Our Skilled Labourer role will be covering the Essex and Ipswich area. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week. Normal working hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work a 10:30am - 7:00pm late shift and a Saturday morning 8:00am - 12:00pm on a rotational basis

The successful candidate will live in the Essex or Ipswich area to be able to reach our jobs in a timely manner. You must have a full UK driving licence and there is a requirement for a basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.

Key essential requirements of the role

• Deliver damp and mould treatments in occupied properties.
• Property and garden clearance.
• Basic ground maintenance.
• Assisting other members of the trades team as required.
• Work in a customer-focused environment within agreed performance targets.
• Work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
• Ability to carry out physical tasks, lift weights and work at heights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
