**Position:** Skilled Gypsum & GRG Technician

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all types of **gypsum works**, including partitions, ceilings, bulkheads, coves, and decorative elements.
• Fabricate, install, and finish **GRG components**, including domes, arches, columns, cornices, and custom mouldings.
• Read, understand, and work from **architectural and shop drawings** with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and proper sequencing.
• Ensure all installations meet **quality, alignment, and finishing standards** required for luxury and high‑end projects.
• Perform cutting, shaping, fixing, jointing, and finishing using approved materials and tools.
• Conduct site measurements and assist in preparing templates and moulds when required.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support snagging and rectification works to ensure final handover quality.

Minimum Requirements

• **10+ years GCC experience** in gypsum and GRG works on major building, hospitality, or luxury fit‑out projects.
• Proven experience working with **reputable main contractors or specialist interior fit‑out companies**.
• Strong knowledge of materials, installation techniques, and finishing methods.
• Ability to interpret drawings and execute work with high accuracy.
• Skilled in handling tools, equipment, and GRG moulding processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in **5‑star hotels, palaces, luxury villas, and high‑end commercial projects**.
• Knowledge of **fire‑rated gypsum systems**, acoustic ceilings, and moisture‑resistant assemblies.
• Experience in **complex decorative GRG installations**.
