Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor **cash flows** with accuracy
• Prepare and manage **budgets** efficiently
• Manage **collections** and ensure timely follow‑ups
• Communicate professionally with **clients and suppliers via email and calls**
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Prepare **financial reports** (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
• Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) in the accounting system
• Conduct audits, reconcile bank statements, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision‑making

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• Strong background in accounting and finance with relevant experience
• Proficiency in **MS Office, accounting software, and computer systems**
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
