Site-Wide Logistics Engineer

• Logistics Oversight & System Optimization

• Maintain and continuously enhance site-wide logistics procedures, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, capacity, and safety.
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved

Logistics Management Plans (LMPs)

• Manage and optimize the use of site access gates, delivery scheduling systems, laydown areas, and internal haul routes.

Traffic Engineering & Mobility Management

• Leading the development, review, and implementation of

Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)

• haul routes, temporary roads, access/egress points, and interface zones

• Conduct traffic impact assessments, congestion analysis, and mobility studies based on construction activities and peak demand scenarios.

Operational Monitoring & Compliance

• Lead regular inspections and audits to ensure safe and efficient execution of logistics and traffic operations.
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures, regulatory requirements, and project standards.
• Monitor contractor performance against logistics and traffic KPIs, including delivery schedules, incident rates, and route adherence.
• Issue instructions, NCRs, and corrective actions for non-compliance or deviations from approved plans.

• Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

• Acting as the CSC focal point when required for logistics coordination with district PMC s, contractors, client representatives, and regulatory authorities.
• Chairing logistics and traffic coordination meetings and maintain consolidated action logs.
• Supporting interface resolution between PMC contractors sharing roads, utilities corridors, or congested areas.
• Manage interfaces between multiple contractors operating within shared road networks, utilities corridors, and constrained zones.
• Liaise with local authorities regarding approvals for
• traffic diversions, road closures, and traffic management schemes

Risk Management & Reporting

• Identifying emerging logistics or traffic risks considering project volume changes, peak periods, or external factors.
• Leading investigations into traffic-related incidents, developing lessons learned and implementing preventive measures.
• Providing consolidated reports, dashboards, and KPI updates to the Logistics Manager and Project Director.
• Supporting emergency response planning, evacuation route management, and contingency logistics operations.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8/12 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor s degree in Logistics Engineering, Transportation/Traffic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in operational-phase logistics management, including monitoring, optimization, and contractor compliance.
• Working knowledge of traffic modeling tools and mobility assessment methodologies.
• Prior experience within a Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) environment is preferred.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and, if required, traffic modeling platforms (e.g., VISSIM, SYNCHRO).
