SITE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SUPERVISOR (STMS)
About This Role
Location: Qatar. Joining: Immediate
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise implementation of approved Traffic Diversion Plans (TDPs)
- Ensure compliance with QCS & Ashghal Work Zone Traffic Management standards
- Manage site traffic teams and daily operations
- Oversee installation of traffic signs, cones, barriers, and safety devices
- Ensure safety of road users and workers
- Handle road closures, diversions, and emergency traffic situations
- Maintain daily reports and coordinate with engineers & HSE team
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in traffic management / road projects
- Mandatory TTM / Work Zone Traffic Management certification
- Strong knowledge of QCS standards
- Experience in Qatar road projects preferred
- Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred)
- Good communication & leadership skills
