Site Technical Manager – Architectural background - High-Rise Construction
Location: Dubai
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Technical Manager with a strong Architectural background to join one of our leading clients in the high-rise construction industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional who has strong expertise in engineering coordination, shop drawings, technical management, and multidisciplinary project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage shop drawing production, detailing, and technical coordination
Coordinate between Architecture, Structure, Civil, Interior Design & MEP disciplines
Review subcontractor submissions, materials, shop drawings, and technical calculations
Resolve technical issues on-site and provide guidance to construction teams
Lead technical meetings, workshops, RFIs, and material approvals
Ensure compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, NCC standards, and client requirements
Coordinate with procurement, planning, QA/QC, and commercial teams
Monitor technical status, approvals, and as-built documentation
Requirements
Strong Architectural background
Proven experience in high-rise construction projects
Expertise in technical coordination and shop drawing management
Strong knowledge of IFC drawings, authorities' regulations, and construction standards
