JOB TITLE: Site Supervisor – Immediate Joiner
VOX Technical Services, in collaboration with VOX Furniture UAE, is seeking a hands-on, energetic **Site Supervisor** to join our growing team in Dubai.
This is a unique, high-impact hybrid role that combines **technical site supervision, client-facing sales support, and material logistics**.
You will act as the face of our brand on-site, ensuring precise technical execution while actively driving customer satisfaction and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- **Site Inspection & Measurement:** Visit residential and commercial properties across the UAE to conduct accurate space measurements and initial technical site inspections for interior/exterior fit-outs.
- **Client Consultation & Sales Support:** Conduct first-level sales discussions with prospective clients. Showcase premium VOX building material samples, including interior/exterior wall panels, ceiling systems, flooring, and skirting products.
- **Customer Conversion:** Enthusiastically present the value proposition of VOX products, address client queries, and convince customers to choose our premium solutions.
- **Logistics & Delivery:** Safely operate a manual transmission company vehicle (Toyota Hiace) to transport and deliver products directly to construction sites and customer properties during project execution.
- **Project Supervision:** Oversee on-site activities to ensure delivery timelines and installation standards align with VOX quality benchmarks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- **Driving License (Strict Requirement):** Must hold a valid **UAE Manual Driving License** and be fully confident driving a commercial delivery vehicle (Toyota Hiace).
- **Experience:** Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Technical Sales Representative, or a similar role within the UAE interior design, construction, or building materials sector.
- **Product Knowledge:** Familiarity with modern building materials (wall panels, ceiling systems, flooring) is highly advantageous.
- **Communication Skills:** Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to speak confidently with homeowners, contractors, and project managers.
- **Technical Aptitude:** Sharp eye for detail with the ability to take precise, error-free measurements.
- **Availability:** Ready to **join immediately** (candidates on cancelled or visit visas are highly preferred).
