Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in Tiruppur.
The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities for kitchen and wardrobe installations, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Responsibilities include coordinating with installation teams, contractors, and vendors; monitoring material delivery and usage; and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and site rules.
The role involves conducting regular site inspections, resolving on-site issues, and providing progress updates to project managers, designers, and clients.
The Site Supervisor will also maintain site documentation, track schedules, and support handover processes to ensure a smooth and satisfactory client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising interior, modular kitchen, or construction sites, with strong understanding of installation workflows and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and measurement plans relevant to kitchens and wardrobes.
- Strong coordination and people management skills to work with contractors, technicians, and vendors on-site.
- Good problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges, schedule changes, and client requirements promptly.
- Working knowledge of basic safety practices and compliance standards on interior or construction sites.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, messaging apps, spreadsheets) for reporting and documentation.
- Prior experience in interior fit-out, modular furniture, or related fields is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline is an advantage; relevant experience may substitute formal education.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Tiruppur, including occasional extended hours based on project needs.
