Hands-on Site Supervisor role managing day-to-day renovation-site activities in the UAE interior fit-out and renovation industry.
Work with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers to deliver work to quality, schedule, safety, and regulatory expectations.
The position requires independent site ownership; it is not an office-based coordination role.
Site Supervision and Delivery
- Supervise and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and trades on site; support project managers with work schedules and manage daily and weekly timelines.
- Order and monitor materials and deliveries, check measurements and quantities where required, and address site issues proactively.
- Check workmanship against drawings and specifications and coordinate MEP works with architectural and interior works.
- Monitor snagging and rectification, coordinate inspections and approvals, and provide feedback at site meetings.
- Keep site records and daily reports and prepare weekly progress updates for clients.
- Enforce site safety, regulatory compliance, and cleanliness; coordinate works around occupied properties.
- Follow up on NOCs, building-management requirements, work permits, and access permits.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on UAE interior fit-out or renovation site-supervision experience; the posting specifies a target range of 2–4 years.
- Experience supervising residential and/or commercial interior fit-out projects in the UAE and coordinating subcontractors and trades.
- Ability to read and work from architectural, joinery, MEP, and interior fit-out drawings.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period and work on site in Dubai.
Other Requirements
- Experience with Dubai building or community NOC procedures, work permits, access permits, and site requirements is requested.
- High-end residential villa, apartment, and/or commercial fit-out experience is highly preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
