Oversee daily site operations for interior fit-out and interior design projects.
Ensure quality workmanship and safe, on-time, within-budget project completion.

Responsibilities
- Supervise fit-out activities, monitor daily progress and schedules, and coordinate project teams, designers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings and specifications before execution; ensure work meets approved drawings and quality standards.
- Inspect sites and resolve technical and operational issues; manage labor, subcontractors, and material usage.
- Coordinate timely delivery and installation of finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Maintain site safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; monitor costs and report deviations or delays.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Support project handover and rectify snagging items.
Qualifications and requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of Site Supervisor experience in interior fit-out, interior design, or renovation projects.
- Knowledge of gypsum and ceiling works, painting, wall finishes, flooring, tiling, joinery, carpentry, MEP coordination, and furniture and fixture installation.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and interior design layouts; familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- One year of interior design experience is preferred.
