We are looking for a reliable **Site Supervisor** to join our fit-out and renovation team in Dubai.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in supervising on-site activities, coordinating manpower, and ensuring smooth project execution, along with the ability to drive company vehicles as required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for fit-out and renovation projects
- Coordinate labour, materials, and site requirements
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, standards, and safety regulations
- Report daily progress to the project manager
- Handle site inspections, deliveries, and material pickups
- Drive company vehicle when needed for site work and material transport
- Maintain site cleanliness, discipline, and workflow
- Support the team in completing project milestones on time
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in fit-out/renovation supervision
- Valid UAE manual driving license
- Strong communication and site coordination skills
- Ability to read drawings and understand site execution procedures
- Knowledge of materials and basic technical requirements
- Should be able to handle multiple tasks with responsibility
- Must be available in UAE for interview
