Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works.
- Support engineers and project managers in planning and execution.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce; track progress and report to management.
- Enforce health, safety, and quality standards and conduct routine inspections.
- Manage materials, tools, and manpower; maintain site documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong site supervision, team management, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to lead teams, handle site challenges, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Basic technical knowledge of drawings and site execution.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
