Role overview
Manage on-site operations to ensure work is safe, efficient, and aligned with project requirements.
Directly supervise labor and coordinate with engineers and management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise site workforce and daily construction activities.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Manage manpower, materials, tools, and site logistics.
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain site discipline and safety compliance.
- Report daily progress and challenges to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a construction or engineering field.
- Proven experience supervising construction projects in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and manpower-handling skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage, not a stated requirement.
