Role overview
The Site Supervisor manages daily on-site operations and supervises construction or interior execution work, including labor compliance and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work aligns with structural drawings and project plans.
- Assign daily tasks to on-site labor and monitor productivity and attendance.
- Check building materials, monitor execution quality, and enforce safety protocols.
- Update project engineers or managers on daily progress, delays, and raw material requirements.
Education and experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least five years of experience, or site supervision experience of at least ten years.
Pay
- Pay is ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
