Supervise and coordinate furniture installation and site activities.
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily furniture installation and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Review shop drawings, layouts, specifications, and installation requirements.
- Allocate manpower and tasks to carpenters, installers, and site workers.
- Monitor installation of custom furniture and ensure quality compliance.
- Coordinate measurements, deliveries, materials, other trades, and production issues.
- Identify delays, damages, technical problems, and site conflicts.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover.
- Maintain daily site, manpower, material, and progress records.
- Enforce safety rules, company procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Communicate with clients and keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- A diploma, certificate, or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in furniture installation, joinery, fit-out, or interior works.
- Previous experience supervising furniture installation teams.
- Knowledge of furniture materials, hardware, fittings, installation methods, and site procedures.
- Ability to read shop drawings and technical drawings.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,139.77–AED 3,301.08 per month.

- Work location is in person.
