Role overview

Location and work arrangement

• Department location is listed as Pune / project sites.
• Work location is in person, with travel between project sites required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site execution, project coordination, schedules, work progress, and site activities.
• Coordinate architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design intent; check site measurements, materials, workmanship, and quality.
• Resolve site execution issues and escalate critical matters promptly.
• Coordinate material needs, deliveries, and vendor and contractor schedules.
• Monitor costs, variations, additional works, and wastage.
• Maintain site reports, progress updates, measurements, and project documentation.
• Conduct inspections, manage snagging and rectification, and complete project handover to agreed standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey project execution.
• Strong understanding of interior construction, drawings, BOQs, materials, and site coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and site activities independently.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel between project sites.

Pay

• ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month.
