The role combines HVAC technical knowledge with customer engagement, sales, and team leadership.
Service management
- Oversee HVAC after-sales service operations, prompt responses, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop preventive maintenance and annual maintenance contracts.
- Monitor team performance, allocate resources, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Resolve escalated service issues and maintain service, warranty, and customer records.
Sales management
- Pursue maintenance contract, retrofit, spare parts, and new system sales opportunities.
- Build client relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Support sales cycles with design and project teams; prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Achieve defined revenue targets.
Leadership and reporting
- Train and motivate service engineers and sales staff.
- Monitor service and sales KPIs and report regularly to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer expectations.
Candidate qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Proven customer engagement, sales, and team leadership skills.
