Role overview

Site responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain workflow.
• Monitor workmanship quality and company standards; inspect sites and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage logs.
• Ensure site safety rules are followed by workers.
• Manage material deliveries, storage, and use to avoid delays or waste.
• Attend project meetings, communicate site requirements to the project manager, and resolve site problems promptly.

Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, gypsum, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good leadership, team-management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred; a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Projects are across UAE based on assignment.
• Work location is in person.
