Overview
Dental Planet is seeking a dedicated **Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)** to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems, enabling us to provide exceptional healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Automate operational tasks and optimize workflows using various DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code to support reliable deployments.
- Participate in on-call rotations and post-mortem analysis for incidents, offering improvements to processes.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements in application performance and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in automation tools and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash).
- Strong understanding of monitoring services, incident management, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes).
Salary
- Competitive hourly rate of **QAR** **70** **-*** 130* based on experience and qualifications.
