Role purpose

Bridge client functional and technical requirements at the module level through technical specifications, basic configuration, and initial troubleshooting.

Areas of responsibility

  • Understand functional requirements and assist in translating them into technical specifications.
  • Assist with coding, configuration, and minor customizations under defined design and development standards.
  • Support integration testing by validating interface behavior and identifying basic issues.
  • Help troubleshoot module-specific performance and configuration issues.
  • Prepare user documentation, configuration notes, and testing artifacts.

Mandatory skills and experience

  • Mandatory skill: SRE Operations.
  • Required experience: five to eight years.
