Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role

Wipro is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is essential for bridging functional and technical requirements at the module level, focusing on technical specifications, basic configuration, and initial system troubleshooting.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to support clients by translating functional needs into technical specifications. The engineer will also be responsible for performing basic system configurations and addressing initial system issues to ensure smooth operation and alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand functional requirements and assist in translating them into detailed technical specifications.
• Perform coding, configuration, and minor customisations in adherence to defined design and development standards.
• Support integration testing by validating interface behaviour and identifying fundamental issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting activities and resolving basic technical issues related to the performance or configuration of specific modules.
• Contribute to the preparation of user documentation, configuration notes, and testing artefacts for assigned modules.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in outlining technical specifications and performing basic system configurations.
• Experience with troubleshooting initial system issues and supporting integration testing.
